Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book an interpreter?
Ideally 3–5 business days ahead, earlier for simultaneous interpreting. We also handle urgent requests.
How is the price calculated?
It depends on the mode, language pair, duration and location (usually per hour or per day). We quote based on the details of your event.
Do your interpreters travel outside Bishkek?
Yes — to Osh, Issyk-Kul, Naryn and other regions, including mining sites.
Want to know the price?
Send us a scan or photo of your document — we'll reply with an exact price and timeline. No obligation.
Prices depend on the document type, language, turnaround and destination country — so every request gets an individual quote.
We usually reply within one business day.
