Power of attorney

A power of attorney lets another person or company act on your behalf when you cannot be present: selling property, collecting documents, banking or representation in court.

A power of attorney for use abroad is usually drafted in two languages, notarised and then apostilled or legalised. A foreign power of attorney needs a notarised translation to be used in Kyrgyzstan.

What's included

  • Bilingual drafting of the power of attorney
  • Notary appointment and accompaniment
  • Apostille or consular legalisation
  • Translation of foreign powers of attorney
  • Acting under a power of attorney (e.g. document retrieval)
