Frequently asked questions
Do I need to see the notary in person?
For acts that require your signature (such as a power of attorney) — yes. For certified copies and translator signature certification, handing us the document is enough.
How long is a certified copy valid?
That depends on the receiving institution. Some require copies certified within the last few months.
Want to know the price?
Send us a scan or photo of your document — we'll reply with an exact price and timeline. No obligation.
Prices depend on the document type, language, turnaround and destination country — so every request gets an individual quote.
We usually reply within one business day.
